Super great mountain inn, good rooms, everything clean and tidy, good breakfast and you can eat very well, especially the pork knuckle and the game goulash are absolutely amazing. I would like to stay there again and again and recommend the mountain inn to others

We only took one drink but the food from the other guests looked very good. The request for a small portion was also taken into account. And everyone ate up. The view from the terrace into the valley is unbeatable. And the service is quick and friendly too.

The knuckle is really great. Price performance is definitely given! The service is very attentive and very, very friendly. I would love to come back.

A nice beer garden above. The meal was okay. Especially the knuckle. There is a playground and goats for the little ones. A pane of glass protects against strong winds.

What is true here are absolutely only the owners! 5 minus for staff --- unfriendly even cheeky! Nice view --- rooms and prices ok. !!! I can't judge the food --- due to the service ----- went hungry prematurely ---- NEVER AGAIN !!!

A very nice opportunity to have a delicious meal with a view of Ruhpolding and the surrounding mountains, or just to sit comfortably and have a drink. Also highly recommended with a dog.

We arrived at 7:20 p.m. Unfortunately the house specialty was out. Wanted to eat a knuckle of pork. Then both of our meals came at a different time, so that one was already ready when the other got his meal. In addition, the portions were quite small. No candles on the table and the waitress was unfortunately very brisk. The food was delicious, so still 3 stars. A shame, we had hoped for more.

The view from the inn is great. After a week of vacation, unfortunately, nothing positive remained in my mind. Due to the Corona measures, no buffet at breakfast was possible, not bad, as the inn cannot help. At the first breakfast was offered, if you want something just let me know. But if you asked for something, judging by the reaction, that was already too much. The priority is with the walk-in customers and not with the overnight guests, you have always felt that. Upon departure, there was a cashier and not even asked if you were satisfied with your stay. More like a disappointing stay.

-Eating: good (simple food) -Service so-so (food for 2 people should come to the table together and not 5 minutes apart. Empty plates should only be cleared when everyone at the table is ready). -Outlook: fantastic. "Only cash is true, no card payment". If you should know, then it is not a problem

Visited again after a year break and was very satisfied. Delicious food on a great terrace. The Swiss schnitzel was the best schnitzel I've eaten in Bavaria.

A picturesque place with an amazing view. If you get a table outside then you feel like in a fairy tale. Very nice and friendly service. Food and drinks very good.

We ate here in the evening. The food was very tasty, the portions were OK - rather expandable. The location is beautiful. You have a great view of Ruhpolding. You should have seen it!

Even if the weather didn't play along, I can definitely recommend the Berggasthaus Weingarten. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. The surrounding area is also ideal for various hiking tours. A big compliment goes to the kitchen, the food is an absolute highlight!

The location was nice and the food quite tasty too. Why only 3 stars? We were unfortunately forgotten after the drinks were served and only received our food after an hour and a half (after our daughter asked). We were supposed to get an ice cream as compensation, but that was also forgotten. Unfortunately, the size of the portions didn't fill you up. After a good 2 hours we went home. The staff was mostly friendly.

Great food with a wonderful view of the valley. Staff is also very friendly. I had eaten a knuckle and my wife had roast roast. Both very tasty. I can only recommend.

A family-run mountain inn the way you want it. The location is wonderful. The service, like the family itself, is always very friendly and courteous. The food is excellent and always freshly prepared. We have been enjoying the hospitality of this family for about 10 years, even the little ones are taken care of. Compliments to the entire Weingarten team.

Wonderful place, indeed!

If you are looking for a great mountain hotel with beautiful views, good food and cozy, clean rooms is just right! We were here for 5 days and were reluctant to go back. The food is typical local, delicious and adequate. The hosts are very friendly, the prices absolutely reasonable. The day visitors at lunch and dinner confirm the good food. We can recommend this place without any restrictions!

Very good kitchen, beautiful location with a great view. Very fast service, both with the drinks, as well as with the food. Clean and modern toilets, a playground for the kids and a windbreak that makes sitting in the evening very enjoyable. Despite a full beer garden, the staff in preparation and service, the situation fully under control. Big compliment !!
